ANTILOPE CERVICAPRA

Origin: Blackbuck Antelope are native to India, Nepal, and Pakistan and were introduced to the Texas Hill Country in the 1940s.

Characteristics: Most Blackbuck Antelope are a light tan color with only the dominant males turning black. Blackbuck males are very territorial and can often be seen fighting.
